1. Who processes your data

2. What data we process
- Contact form: name, phone, email and message.
- Compact laminate calculator request: name or company, phone, email, comment, attached drawing and the estimate (sizes, material, machining, price).
- Drawing upload: attached files, order details (material, decor, quantity, deadline, delivery), name or company, phone, email and comment.
- Information you give us by phone or email.
3. Why and on what basis
We use your data to reply to your request, prepare a quote, and conclude and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract). If a contract is concluded, some data is kept because accounting and tax laws require it (Article 6(1)(c)). We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.
4. How data is sent and who can access it
Data entered in the forms is sent by email to info@rifo.lv; the website does not store it in a database. Rifo staff working on your request can access it. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: website and email hosting in Latvia, and IT services for email and document processing. If a contract is concluded — also our accountant. We share data with public authorities only where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
If no contract is concluded, request data is deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact. If a contract is concluded — for the duration of the contract and afterwards as long as the law requires (for example, for accounting documents).
6. Cookies and visit data
This website does not use cookies and does not store information in your browser. Fonts and Instagram images are loaded from our own server. The hosting server logs requests (IP address, time, page) for technical and security purposes.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit statistics. It does not use cookies or build visitor profiles; it collects, for example, pages visited, country and browser type.
Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps lead to other websites with their own privacy terms.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@rifo.lv. If you believe your data is processed incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
